In terms of voting it 10/10 - this is in comparison to all the other hotels we stayed in on our road trip, that were all around the 100-125 euros per night. This by far was the best one and was more like a true hotel than any other. Lovely reception, bar & restaurant, typical modern room, nice bathroom - ALL SPOTLESS. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed good service at the bar and a lovely meal. If you are looking at staying somewhere close to town but also the port, it’s perfect. We even managed to go and pay our respects to WW2 soldiers at Omaha Beach, which was very moving. We were so tired and had an early start so didn’t go into Caen, but there are trams every 10 mins, so easy to do. By far, this was the best hotel we stayed, in the category of budget hotels. Parking on site too.

Very clean, newly refurbished. Family friendly bar area with board games. Very quiet despite location near busy roads. Excellent breakfast including wafer pots to fill with sweets!

Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Great, plentiful breakfast. Comfy beds. Nice, Nuxe toiletries.

New property with lots of parking , not too far from the ferry which landed at 22.00 hours! Excellent breakfast, lovely staff, easy to get to , and to move on to our journey from
